The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols: IP addresses, time of the request, method used, size of the file obtained, server response code and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and browser. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could allow users to be identified. These data are processed by the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) in the form of technical logs to ensure the operation and security of the site.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Controller's contact addresses (email, WhatsApp), as well as booking a call via Calendly, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact details (name, email address, phone number) and of the data included in the communications, as needed to respond to the requests.

Providing data for contact purposes is optional, but failure to do so makes it impossible to follow up on requests. The site does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Data are not disseminated or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Some of the providers listed in section 4 are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified providers and/or of the standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller access to their personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests may be sent to hello@digitaloriented.it.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Art. 77 GDPR).
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and the Controller does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
The Controller reserves the right to amend or update this notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an indication of the date of the last update.
